My entrepreneurial spirit pushes me to create my own success. I arrived in the U.S. in 1993 from Ecuador. In Ecuador I ran a tour operator business creating custom first-class travel experiences for my clients. Here in the US, I attended Arizona State University to pursue a degree in Computer Information Systems while running my own coffee shop. My degree then led to a 10-year career as a developer and project manager. In 2005 I bought my first condo with the help of my Realtor friend. Every single step of the process interested and exited me. After close of escrow, I decided I would obtain my Real Estate License.
Most recently, real estate has become my passion. At the downturn of the market, I saw the opportunity and became an investor. I acquired multiple run-down historic properties and restored them to their original beauty. I became personally involved in every aspect of the remodeling process, from obtaining permits, contracting the right people, supervising the work done, and marketing the properties.
Whether as a developer, project manager, coffee shop owner, independent contractor, or real estate agent, I thrive on asking the right questions to uncover my clients most desired needs, and clearly understanding what my client wants to create customized solutions for them. I have a knack for reading people and work with people of diverse cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.
