I am a Phoenix native and full time Realtor. Regarded as gregarious, professional, tenacious, and an aggressive marketer and negotiator on our behalf.

I derive tremendous satisfaction from helping clients realize their dream. Buying and selling a home is personal, and to me, you are not just a transaction. Born in St. Josephs hospital, I am deeply rooted in my community, and active in local organizations including the City of Phoenix Blight (graffiti) Busters. I have served on the board of directors of the Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association or Realtors and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Most recently as President of the Phoenix Association of Realtors.

I am proud to have participated in and succeed in what may have been the most challenging few years in metro Real Estate. My clients count on me to be able to navigate and evolve quickly as the financial environment dramatically shifted seemingly underneath our feet!
When I began my career in real estate I realized very quickly that the most successful agents worked hard and treated their clients like gold. “Never get out worked” was the advice I remember from my mentor- and I never do. In my first year at Century 21 I earned Rookie of the year honors and I continued to earn their Masters Level and customer service awards year after year.

When I was recruited to join the HomeSmart Elite Group, I began working with the best of the best and employed my strong work ethic, sales, negotiating and marking skills to become an agent ranked in the top 5% of all Realtors in our Multiple Listing Service. Recognizing the need to continue to learn, and grow, I continue to invest the time to earn nationally recognized designations. The ones I am most proud of are the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor institute and the Commitment to Excellence designation. Most of these are earned by only 3-5% of agents nationally. At HomeSmart I regularly earned the Diamond Club Award.

When I am not working, I enjoy scuba diving, hiking in our beautiful Arizona desert, going to museums, Broadway musicals, travel and searching for the best ice cream, croissants and cinnamon buns I can get. Oh, and I do exercise!
