JOSH BRAUN

Welcome! My name is Josh - I was born and raised right here in the Valley of the Sun.  I have a heart for the people that live here and the community that surrounds me. I love the community so much that I am the Director of Basketball Operations for Club Sports at GCU. Why is this important to know?  I am committed to making this great state a priority. And that includes you!

Organization is a must when it comes to sports and real estate.  You need it and I have it. I will be able to keep things on track and hit deadlines just like hitting a 3-pointer in crunch time!  You will be my priority.  Trust me - my competitiveness to be your most valuable player is a plus!

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Leigh for 4 years.  Our home is built on faith and trust.  Which is how I chose to build my business.   I will walk with integrity and be honest throughout the entire process. My goal is to make sure that my clients are well cared for and feel as though they were genuinely represented throughout our time together.

I have traveled to many countries and have had the opportunity to live in both Germany and Australia. Talk about a culture shock!  But here is what I learned… I have the ability to adapt to my surroundings and make an amazing experience out of what life throws at me.  When it comes to real estate, this single trait will allow me to keep our waters calm throughout a transaction.  Hurdles will need to be jumped and negotiations will need to happen and I will guide you through these processes with ease.
